Job Summary
As a Salon Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of blithequark Salon, responsible for delivering a superior client experience through exceptional service, product knowledge, and technical skills. You will work closely with our salon associates to offer additional styling services and product benefits, making our salon the destination of choice for our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Educate Customers: Provide expert advice on retail product benefits and the value of each hair service, ensuring customers maintain their desired look and feel beautiful.
- Drive Conversion and Sales: Compliment customers and turn retail customers into blithequark Salon clients by offering great value and service provider technical skills, facilitating the growth of the salon.
- Assist Customers: Seek out customers and make their experience unforgettable by listening, helping, educating, and offering solutions to their hair concerns through salon services and retail product benefits.
- Partner with Salon Associates: Work closely with salon associates to offer additional salon services, such as deep conditioning, glossing, color, to the service provider's clients.
