Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients through phone, email, chat, and social media interactions, providing personalized service and expert advice to meet their travel needs
  • Conducting thorough research to identify the best deals, customs, weather, activities, and other relevant information for clients, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
  • Learning and utilizing our proprietary systems to book travel arrangements, including air, resort, car rentals, theme park tickets, sporting events, cruises, show tickets, and concerts, with vendors and suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services in the travel industry, staying up-to-date on new resorts, destinations, and travel trends
  • Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after clients' vacations, ensuring happy repeat business and referrals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, enabling seamless communication and support for repeat clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
  • Previous experience in customer service, although not required, is a plus
  • Be at least 18 years of age
