Job Summary

As a customer support representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and helping them overcome any challenges they may face. You'll become an expert in our platform, teaching financial advisors how to get the most from it and resolving complex issues with ease. Our business is growing rapidly, and we need talented individuals like you to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the blithequark platform and its features, enabling you to provide expert guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Work closely with financial advisors to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* College graduate with a degree in finance, business, or a related field (major in finance or business preferred)

  • High-energy, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to think critically
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems within a short time
  • Prior experience supporting a software product or in a customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial advisory industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management concepts
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
