Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a pet-related industry or with a strong passion for animals.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
