We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to the CEO. As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads management, customer support, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to the CEO at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns to drive results for our clients
  • Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns
  • Responding to customer queries via our project management system, Basecamp
  • Creating graphic designs using Canva or similar platforms
  • Providing administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as data entry, email management, and calendar organization
  • Preparing reports and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies
  • Proofreading and editing SEO blogs written by our team
  • Coordinating tasks and projects with other team members
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Be based in the Philippines
  • Have excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Have experience with Facebook Ads, including setting up and managing campaigns
  • Have experience with Google Ads, including setting up and optimizing campaigns (Google Certification is a plus)
  • Have proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
  • Have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Be willing to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance, including administrative tasks
  • Have a fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
  • Have experience with graphic design using Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp or Trello
  • Experience with time tracking software, such as Hubstaff
