Job Summary

As a Customer Marketing Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer marketing program that drives customer advocacy, retention, and growth across the Americas region. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and measure success. Your expertise will help us build a loyal community of customers who become our greatest advocates, driving business growth and revenue through word-of-mouth referrals, published case studies, and engaged advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a customer marketing program that drives customer advocacy, retention, and growth across the Americas region

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and measure success
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including Customer Success Managers, Sales Representatives, and Customer Advocates
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives
  • Manage and optimize customer feedback and review platforms, including G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and other third-party review platforms
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a customer advocacy program that recognizes and rewards customers for their advocacy and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our customer marketing program remains innovative and effective

Requirements

* 2-3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, advocacy, or post-sale engagement programs

  • Proven success working with Customer Success and Sales teams, ideally across multiple segments or regions
  • Hands-on experience with third-party review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights) and reference management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret customer data and feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other marketing tools and technologies
