Responsibilities

As an Experienced Virtual Customer Representative (Entry Level), you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and connecting with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and establish trust.
  • Conducting in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial goals and challenges, and providing tailored recommendations to help them make confident, informed decisions.
  • Utilizing digital tools to manage client interactions, track progress, and provide ongoing support, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with clients, providing regular updates and adjustments to their financial plans, and ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance the client experience, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in client services, sales, or finance is a plus, but not required – we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and industries.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients, with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings and client management, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base salary of $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month, plus commission-based incentives and bonuses. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:
