Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our remote data entry team. As a key member of our online customer service office, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through phone and email interactions. Your primary focus will be on delivering accurate and timely data entry, while also ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide superb customer care to clients by taking calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful attitude

• Answer client messages with clear, concise, and step-by-step guidelines

• Process and fulfill orders/solicitations in a timely and accurate manner

Essential Qualifications

* Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain attention to detail

• Proficient grammar and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision
