Key Responsibilities

* Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or social media platforms

  • Engage customers by offering support, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products to offer accurate information and support
  • Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a delightful and solution-oriented service experience
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and decision-making via chat, phone, and email

Requirements

* Reliable access to a device capable of internet browsing and using chat/social media functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work autonomously, with keen attention to detail in following instructions and procedures
  • A commitment to being available for 7 hours per day and having a stable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
