Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights
• Creating ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
• Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
• Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
• Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
• Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics)

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
• Creativity with a User Experience (UX) basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems, ideally with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau

• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
