Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions to ensure a positive experience
  • Learning and adhering to all customer service procedures and policies, including those related to returns, refunds, and shipment tracking
  • Striving to exceed personal and team targets, goals, and quotas, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and profile/account changes in a secure and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Exceptional phone and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • The ability to learn and follow customer service procedures, with a willingness to adapt to changing policies and processes
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, although not essential, is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

If you have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or engagement role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience with returns, refunds, and shipment tracking, with a deep understanding of customer service procedures and policies
