Responsibilities

As an Experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing financial service solutions to meet the needs of our clients
  • Selling, soliciting, servicing, and negotiating insurance plans based on the needs of our clients' portfolios
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain
  • Prior experience in insurance, sales, or financial services (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • A proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • A motivated and determined approach to sales and business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
