About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with a customer-centric approach, will enable you to build trust and loyalty with our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers, providing personalized support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive outcome and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and recorded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.

  • A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed.
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad, along with an authentication app.

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for managing your own taxes, benefits, and work schedule. We're committed to providing a fair and equitable working arrangement, with clear expectations and guidelines.
