Role and Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by providing personalized support experiences. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support experiences to prevent issues and solve queries
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their concerns
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

What We're Looking For

* Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences

  • Friendly and customer-focused individuals who can build rapport with customers
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer and familiarity with customer service software
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am and 11 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
