Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients in managing their day-to-day operations and customer interactions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat customer support to our clients' customers via our platform

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Guide customers through their purchasing process and provide detailed product information
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored support solutions
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with our clients' products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed our clients' customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the e-commerce industry

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the e-commerce industry

  • Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with live chat software and social media management tools
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
