Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support through live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts. This will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
  • Offering sales links and discounts to customers as needed
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries

  • Reliable internet connectivity and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
