Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our plan members. You will handle inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions, and offer solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. This is a part-time position that offers flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to work from home. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to plan members via inbound calls
  • Address questions and concerns regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions to simplify plan members' healthcare experiences
  • Utilize knowledge and skills to improve plan members' understanding of their coverage and options
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience engaging with clients (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to issue resolve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable engaging with clients in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving the client experience
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling rules
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy and express confidence and certainty
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous phone behavior and professionalism
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
