What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service via phone. If you have:

• Previous experience providing customer service via phone
• Experience working within a targeted environment (KPI-driven)
• Empathy and professionalism, with a high level of resilience and patience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a busy, repetitive role
• Ability to easily work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection

What You'll Get Up To

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Taking inbound calls from our existing customers, providing patient-friendly first-line assistance with routine enquiries, including:

+ Making a claim + Policy cover + Changes to customer details + Payment queries

• Working within a busy and at times challenging role, requiring patience and consistency
• Upskilling to support other operational areas with various customer queries via telephone, live chat, and email
• Participating in an in-depth induction and training programme to ensure you're a technical expert when it comes to answering customer queries
