In this fully remote role, you?ll handle a variety of customer interactions, responding to inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS. You?ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns for our diverse clientele across industries, including tech, e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment. As a Mod in our network, you?ll have the flexibility to work from any private location, manage your schedule, and choose projects that match your skills and interests. Experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS messaging support ? Excellent writing & communication skills ? Zendesk or other CRM experience ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? The ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs, while handling customer communications ? Ability to show empathy and be apologetic when necessary ? Able to work as part of a team and independently ? Able to follow client policies & guidelines while remaining objective Workspace Requirements ? Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above ? Willingness to install ModSquad's security software and 2FA app on your mobile device. ? Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures ? Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater ? 8 GB RAM or better ?
