Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for participating in remote short studies and data entry/feedback for our company and our industry partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in remote short studies and data entry/feedback for our company and our industry partners

  • Complete online training and certification programs to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties
  • Work independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection
  • Communicate effectively with our team and clients through email, phone, and online platforms
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our software systems
  • Provide feedback and insights to our team and clients on the research studies you participate in
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by our team and clients

Essential Qualifications

* High-speed internet connection with good working connection

  • Home desktop/laptop or smartphone with functioning camera and microphone
  • Quiet workspace with minimal distractions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including email response and data entry
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, market research, or a related field

  • Knowledge of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with online survey tools and data entry software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
