As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for participating in remote short studies and data entry/feedback for our company and our industry partners. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in remote short studies and data entry/feedback for our company and our industry partners
- Complete online training and certification programs to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties
- Work independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection

- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our software systems
- Provide feedback and insights to our team and clients on the research studies you participate in

Essential Qualifications

- Home desktop/laptop or smartphone with functioning camera and microphone

Preferred Qualifications
