Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Support Partners: Provide support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure that they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Document and Track Interactions: Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Remote Environment: Experience working in a remote environment is preferred, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with blithequark Services: Familiarity with blithequark services and the food delivery industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Additional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Availability to work in multiple time zones is a plus.
