Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our clients' customers are satisfied and loyal. Your responsibilities will include:

Schedule and Flexibility

As a remote worker with blithequark, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to balance your work and personal life, ensuring that you have the time and energy to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and daytime hours, and can choose to work as few or as many hours as you like.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on your performance and the client you're working with. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status and performance metrics, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives and bonuses based on your performance.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with our company. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment and will be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with our company.
