We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our marketing and sales team, where you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission.

The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries in a prompt and effective manner, and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Drafting answers to product questions and providing detailed information about our services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

  • Provide detailed information about our services and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 5+ years of full-time work experience in a customer-facing role
  • 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer experience or customer service role
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
