Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing high-volume data entry work in EMR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Preparing information for data entry, including reviewing and verifying data prior to entry
  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing routine clerical and data entry functions
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and established procedures
  • Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Performing daily audits and data entry corrections, identifying and correcting errors in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with employees and customers to collect information, ensuring seamless communication and data accuracy
  • Training new data entry employees on computer systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Ensuring timely data entry and file management, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on administrative or data entry-related courses
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Proficiency in computer software, including EMR systems and data entry devices
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures quickly
