Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, or remotely, depending on your time zone. As a CS Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for financial institutions utilizing our software, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues and improve their overall experience. You will work closely with internal teams, including Product, QA, and Development, to identify and address larger, underlying issues and inform future enhancements to our product.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling calls from financial institutions in a friendly, resolution-oriented manner, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues and improve their overall experience.
• Working help desk tickets by responding quickly, prioritizing issues, developing and employing workarounds to immediately solve user problems, and communicating resolution to affected users.
• Spotting trends among tickets to identify the root cause of issues and working with internal teams to address them in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with the Product team to inform future enhancements, conveying customer feedback and prioritizing enhancements based on customer needs.
• Ensuring compliance with blithequark policies, standards, and procedures.
• Performing other functions as necessary to support the success of our clients and our team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or commensurate industry experience.
• Experience working with customers in a support capacity, preferably in the financial services industry.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where constant prioritization is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with software development, testing, or quality assurance.

• Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Certification in customer service or a related field.
