As a Services Sales Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing consultative client support and a seamless sales experience for deck projects over the phone. Your primary goal will be to build rapport and trust with our customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high call quality standards. You'll utilize established sales strategies to close deals effectively, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients through the installation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration (20%): Work closely with blithequark Partners and contractors to facilitate sales and order completion, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process.
• Communication (40%): Proactively call customers to review products and set up arrangements, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales journey.
• Customer Support (20%): Deliver exceptional customer care, leveraging your expertise to address client concerns and provide a seamless sales experience. You'll also be responsible for generating sales for Service Arrangements and following up on no-sale opportunities across various geographic regions.
• blithequark Processes and Policies (20%): Identify and address customer, contractor, and blithequark Partner issues promptly, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• A background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
