About the Role

As a Remote Temporary Entry Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they place their orders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering continuous inbound phone calls from customers
• Taking and entering customer orders into our system efficiently and accurately
• Escalating any additional customer service needs to ensure customer satisfaction

This role requires a high level of computer knowledge, as you'll be navigating through multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old and living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
• A minimum of 30+ hours of weekly availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST
• A PC or Laptop with a current and supported MS Windows 10 or 11 Operating System (No Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP)
• Dedicated High Speed Internet with a wired cable connection (Dial-up, Wi-Fi, Hotspots, and Satellite are not allowed)
• A wired USB Headset and keyboard with Function Keys (F-Keys)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can enhance your performance in the role:

• A PC or Laptop with a more advanced processor (AMD Ryzen 2nd Generation or newer OR INTEL i-series 8th Generation or newer with 4 or more cores and must be 2018 or newer)
• 8GB RAM or installed memory
• Dual monitors and an external mouse
• A webcam
