Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute and navigate multiple computer systems
