We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Blithequark. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates for our searches.
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the recruitment process.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and implement changes.
• Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply.
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for different searches we have open.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a high level of accuracy.
• Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
• 1+ previous work experience in data entry or a related field (is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote environment or with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
