As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone, live chat, email, and social media. You'll work independently as a remote team member, requiring strong self-motivation and accountability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $23.00, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and social media, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, empathy, and patience, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Utilize problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in an educational or related industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex customer issues.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including customer service software and tools.

Schedule and Availability

  • Weekends: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific).

While morning shifts are currently full, there's potential for growth into these shifts as you earn seniority.
