Netflix has reached 7.5 Million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities and 40 unique formats around the world with an average guest rating of 4.7 out of 5.The RoleOur Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, through permanent entertainment venues, Netflix House, and touring attractions around the world. Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.The Crew Member is part of the opening Netflix House operational team and is responsible for bringing Netflix immersive experiences to life. Crew Members encourage fandom through best-in-class customer service and guest experience excellence. The ideal Crew Member is passionate about engaging in conversations about Netflix series and films. The Crew Member will provide general information, sell and scan tickets, manage guest flow and queuing, sell merchandise, and more.What you will do:Work in a variety of roles, including, but not limited to, ticketing services, retail operations, guest services, and small-scale attraction operations.Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with our Fans.Act as a Netflix Ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows.Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including emergency procedures.Foster a culture of safety in all actions.What we need from you:Demonstrated experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attraction, and F&B operations.Knowledge of the Netflix platform and showsExcellent teamwork skills and a proactive demeanor.Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and verbal communication skills.
