Customer Engineer
Narvar is Growing! We are hiring a Customer Engineer who loves helping people, solving problems, and wants to play a major role in the success of our customers. You have a strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and are comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for scoping requirements, working with clients to integrate our APIs, and deploying our solutions for our largest enterprise customers. You will be joining a team of customer engineers and project managers who are passionate about our customers, solutions, and products. Day-to-day- Complete technical onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers and the hottest direct-to-consumer brands
- Provide consultative advice to our customers to ensure successful integration with Narvar’s solutions while maximizing product value
- Leverage customers’ business requirements and product expertise to build technical specifications
- Build and validate solutions via tooling and frontend technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript
- Partner cross-functionally with both internal and external technical and business stakeholders
- Help build a best-in-class international professionals services team via documentation, process improvements by building internal tools, and trainings
- You have 5-10 years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead
- Experience working with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript including fundamental coding skills preferably in Javascript or related languages
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong time management and prioritization skills
- Bonus points for experience with iPaas, retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics

The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location.Narvar Pay Range
$110,000 - $145,000 USD
