Key Responsibilities Develop and implement robust manual and automated testing strategies across the full technology stack. Drive test planning, estimation, and risk mitigation across multiple releases while collaborating with engineering, product, and DevOps teams. Design scalable test automation scripts and expand coverage across UI, API, and data layers for efficient and reliable testing. Embed automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to support fast, high-quality releases and continuous feedback. Manage the full QA lifecycle, including test documentation, defect tracking, and release sign-offs, using industry-standard tools. Define and monitor quality KPIs to ensure visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement in testing practices. Guide junior engineers on test automation, agile QA processes, and instill a quality-first engineering culture. Work independently while proactively sharing progress, highlighting risks, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the QA lifecycle.

Knowledge and Technical Skills Bring 7+ years of QA experience in SaaS or product-based environments with a degree in Computer Science or related field. Possess deep knowledge of functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing principles. Skilled in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, REST Assured, TestNG, and scripting with Python, Java, or JavaScript. Proficient in CI/CD systems like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI, with hands-on Docker and Kubernetes exposure. Experienced with TestRail, JIRA, Xray, Allure, and observability tools like Kibana, Grafana, or Datadog. Comfortable testing in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments, with practical use of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis. Well-versed in Agile/Scrum workflows, with a strong track record in cross-functional, iterative product development. Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to leading quality across teams.
