The Role
OpenTeams is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our products, engineering teams, and our customers. This role will be the voice of the customer within our organization and the voice of the product in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular customer interviews to gather insights on needs, pain points, and product feedback.
- Assist the go-to-market strategy for our soon-to-launch product and future product releases.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions in collaboration with marketing leadership.
- Partner with engineering and project success teams to ensure smooth product launches and feature rollouts.
- Create sales enablement materials that help communicate product value to different buyer personas.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer adoption metrics.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in AI, open source, or enterprise software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
