Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Telemetry Regional Float Pool

You will have the opportunity to float to the Med Surg / Telemetry units at least three of the following hospitals :
MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center
MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital
MedStar Harbor Hospital
MedStar Montgomery Medical Center
MedStar Union Memorial Hospital
Enjoy a set base rate, hourly shift incentive and additional pay for Charge / Preceptor shifts.
PRN Requirements :
Four 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule
Two of the 4 shifts are weekend or night shifts per 6-week schedule
1 holiday a year
1 hard-to-fill shift per year
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team
