Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of advanced analytics consulting services, overseeing large-scale programs and ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Engage directly with senior-level stakeholders (CXO, VP, Director) to define business problems and design tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers) and client teams to develop cutting-edge AI and ML solutions.
• Develop comprehensive analytics roadmaps, identifying key use cases and prioritizing execution to meet client goals.
• Lead project planning by defining scope, timelines, resources, and task breakdowns, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage logistics for project delivery, including tools, resources, communication channels, and project documentation.
• Drive account growth by fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for new business within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
• 12-15 years of experience delivering advanced analytics consulting services, with a strong track record in large program implementation.
• Extensive experience managing large accounts and driving account growth. PL ownership experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop actionable solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams (Data Scientists, Engineers) to design AI/ML solutions.
• Proven project management expertise, including the ability to define scope, set timelines, and coordinate resources for successful delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills, with a focus on delivering business value and driving growth.
