Seeking an experienced Jira Developer to administer, optimize, and enhance Jira Software and Jira ITSM in the Atlassian Cloud environment. The role involves configuring workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations, with a strong focus on JQL expertise and Jira administration.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Jira Software & ITSM projects in Atlassian Cloud. Build and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions. Develop custom integrations using Jira REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Work with key plugins (ScriptRunner, JMWE, Email This Issue, etc.). Provide clear documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Qualifications: 9+ years in Jira Software/ITSM administration & automation. 5+ years of expert-level JQL and Jira REST API experience. Strong scripting skills (HTML, JavaScript) and plugin usage.
