REMOTE PROCUREMENT, COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
ESFM is seeking a Remote Procurement, Compliance Director to oversee the entire contract lifecycle for high-stakes and complex contracts. The role involves legal knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and industry standards. Excellent communication and attention to detail are required. ESFM is a member of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers.
Requirements
- Extensive understanding of contract law and advanced legal principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and evaluate complex contract terms.
- Advanced negotiation skills to lead high-stakes contract discussions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in using advanced contract management software.
- Supervision required
- Jurisprudence is a plus.
