What you’ll do

• Co-manage the whole company,

• Lead the charge on strategy, product, and growth – from zero to scale,

• Drive revenue through smart sales plays, market expansion, and key partnerships,

• Recruit, inspire, and lead a top-tier team,

• Spot market gaps and turn them into innovative products and services,

• Stay ahead of industry and tech trends to find game-changing opportunities,

• Own the startup’s financial health – budgets, forecasts, reports,

• Set the tone with integrity, energy, and execution excellence.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in a leadership role at a startup,

• 3+ years in healthcare or medtech,

• Proven experience taking a project from idea → MVP → market launch → growth,

• Strong grasp of tech trends and business development strategies,

• Exceptional networking skills and ability to close strategic deals,

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action,

• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills,

• Comfortable operating in high-speed, high-uncertainty environments,

• Solid project and process management skills,

• Fluency in Polish and English.
