Full-Stack Developer( .NET + Angular)

A key aspect of the project is the adoption of pair programming and collaborative development practices to ensure high-quality code, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing among team members. Guided by agile principles and a commitment to continuous improvement, the project aims to deliver impactful, long-term value to healthcare operations through technology-driven innovation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the client to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication on progress and deliverables.
• Identify, address, and resolve technical debt within the client’s existing tools, promoting sustainable and efficient solutions.
• Optimize and enhance file processing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met.
• Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Strong expertise in backend development in C# (.NET, MVC).
• Proficiency in front-end development using Angular.
• Experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP).

Soft Skills:

• Capability to identify and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, ensuring the team meets project timelines.
