  • Run the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that project goals align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Support project documentation efforts, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
  • Gather feedback and address concerns promptly to maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and assist in identifying risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation to project leadership.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
  • Document lessons learned and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct project meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance project performance.
  • Maintain project management tools and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and senior management to ensure strategic objectives are communicated and understood throughout the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform project strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or related field
  • Two to four years in project management; Project Manager certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Understanding of financial planning and budget management.
  • Ability to think critically about business goals and objectives and align operational tasks to support long-term strategic objectives.
  • Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive insights to inform decision-making.
  • Accuracy in preparing reports, tracking project progress, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and facilitate cooperation.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
