We are seeking a Part-Time Patient Activation Specialist to join our dedicated healthcare support team. This position is open to candidates located in Illinois (Aurora, Naperville, Joliet, Rockford, Peoria, Bloomington, Normal, Champaign, Quincy, Pittsfield, or Carbondale).

As a Patient Activation Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in helping patients engage with their healthcare journey, ensuring they have access to the right resources, information, and support. Key Responsibilities:
