Why you'll love this job • This job is a member of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. • What You'll Do • Promotes and sells air travel on American Airlines • Prepares itineraries, computes fares, issues refunds and prepares and issues tickets • Answers inquiries regarding general travel information and resolves customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner • Communicates with customer over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights • Communicates new rules, policies and procedures that would affect the customer • All you'll need for success
