REVENUE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a detail-focused, tech-savvy Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will work remotely to input, verify, and organize large volumes of numerical and qualitative data. You'll be instrumental in supporting the data and finance departments with accurate and timely information. Training is provided, and all work is conducted in a secure virtual environment. Available Shifts: - Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST - Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST - Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST *Choose one or multiple shifts based on your availability (minimum 20 hours/week).* Requirements: - Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy. - Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets). - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. - Reliable internet connection and home workstation. - Prior experience in data entry preferred, but not mandatory. Responsibilities: - Input transactional and operational data into internal systems. - Cross-verify incoming data for accuracy and completeness. - Support data cleansing and formatting initiatives. - Flag inconsistencies and report anomalies to the QA team. - Meet assigned deadlines and productivity quotas. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client data.
