MetaRaptors is looking for a skilled moderator for our social media platforms. Social platforms like Discord and Telegram are the driven spirits behind a good working project. The interaction with followers of a project is the most important part of having a loyal community and basically this will help us to grow the project to its fullest. MetaRaptors stands for honesty, transparency and professionalism when it comes to their project. We want to be as clear as possible to our community and investors. We want to keep a close connection to our followers and this is where we need a skilled moderator who can help us in this stage of development. Our project is a Play2Earn NFT project which will come with a game. Role and Responsibilities: Monitor, moderate and manage community sentiment on Discord and Telegram and build a healthy community. Protect the community from bots and other malicious actors. Organize and coordinate online community events on Discord and social media channels. Develop processes for on boarding new members to the community. Constantly learn, research, and experiment with new community building ideas. Monitor, highlight and document insights from our community, that can be helpful to increase the professionalism of our product. Reporting on the success of the community and engagement initiatives with professional insights and monitoring the feedback from the community. Requirements and skills: Experience with the Crypto community and managing them (MANDATORY) Experienced with NFT's Experienced with Discord/Telegram, bots and scam activities Experienced in Discord/Telegram bots creating to improve our community Excellent multitasking skills on both platforms Excellent English speaking and writing skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills regarding questions Team player with our team of creators Controlling the chats from NSFW content and bad languages such as sexual/racism related harassment and gender based harassment.
