And we fundamentally believe that we’re better together. Our team is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to manage marketing and print creative across all stores. The key focus of this team and area is to build a solid foundation to support the team across these channels, integrating with other business areas and finding efficiencies across areas such as the overall rhythm of business, tools and processes based on our priorities & targets. The ideal candidate is energetic and organized with superior project management skills, and who is confident managing and partnering across internal working groups and levels of management. This role requires a level of strategic thinking and oversight with attention to detail and the ability to help support, inform and drive the teams PM’s and to ensure there is clarity around timelines, key milestones, scope & priorities What You Will Do:

• Main point of contact for marketing and print creative for unified campaigns and product launch moments
• Manages all up strategy and print creative schedule for work across the team
• Supports vendor & agency management and evaluation of gaps based on team needs
• Supports all necessary reviews & approvals as required for teams key programs & projects ranging from internal team LT to ensuring SLT visibility
• Supports business management, operations and productions across the print creative team
• Manages operational efficiencies, process, tools & documentation always with a mind to evolve & review on an ongoing basis as business needs shift & change.
• Install oversight (remote for now, may include travel)
• Provide postmortem feedback with wins, challenges, learnings of projects to incorporate for future executions

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, marketing, or related field preferred
• Forward-thinking digitally savvy individual who has a passion retail
• Project management experience and a strong ability to establish process or drive improvements on existing methods
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within fast paced, diverse cross functional teams with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated decision making and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Commercial acumen partnered with a creative mind

Compensation

Range: $85,000 – $90,000 This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
