Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in our growing organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day Accounting: Manage month-end close processes and weekly reconciliations.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Financial Transparency: Ensure clear and transparent financial reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Staff Accountant.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating audits as needed.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline workflows and leverage technology to automate tasks where possible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound recommendations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year
• Benefits: 401(k) with matching, Dental, Health, Life, Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, Retirement plan, Unlimited PTO, Work from Home

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Relocation: Remote - Must relocate before starting work.
