Remote Adjunct Professor - California School of Education

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver engaging online and distributed learning course content.
• Create and curate relevant course syllabi and learning materials.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Mentor and advise students in their academic pursuits.
• Maintain regular office hours and engage with students.
• Provide research and scholarship guidance, including supervision of theses, projects, and dissertations.
• Collaborate with university colleagues to support student success and departmental goals.

What You'll Bring

• A Master's, Doctoral, or other terminal degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in your area of specialization.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Teacher Education Credential, PPS Credential, Clinical PsyD/Counseling License, BCBA) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• A passion for fostering student growth and success.
• Cultural competence and the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
• A results-oriented and highly motivated approach.
• Ability to exercise discretion, tact, and maintain confidentiality.

Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote position with flexible hours (TBD). You will be an integral part of our team, interacting with students, colleagues, and external partners.

Compensation: Starting hourly rate is $38.
