Account Manager - Remote

As an Account Manager, you will

• Meet and exceed assigned sales, retention, and productivity goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, enhancing the positioning of our products and services.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand our business lines.
• Nurture and grow a profitable book of business through proactive account planning and renewal strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and key issues are addressed.
• Analyze reports and data to provide insights to clients, drive impactful recommendations, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Support the successful launch of new products and services.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in Sales and Service, with a strong focus on Account Management.
• Experience conducting complex client conversations.
• Demonstrated success in sales negotiation, support, and reporting.
• Experience with self-funded/stop-loss products within Sales and Service.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Valid Health and Life Insurance License.
