Remote Claims Service Representative
Overview
We are seeking a responsive and empathetic Claims Service Representative to assist clients throughout the claims process. You’ll ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and a smooth experience for customers managing insurance-related claims.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through claims procedures and requirements
- Collect and verify necessary documentation
- Maintain updated records in claims management and CRM systems
- Escalate complex or urgent cases to appropriate teams
- Provide compassionate and clear communication throughout the process
Qualifications
- Experience in claims processing, insurance, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with CRM and digital document tools
- Calm and composed under pressure
